Eligibility Criteria For NDMA Jobs 2025

1. Manager of Project Development and Infrastructure

Education Requirements:

A master’s degree in project management, civil engineering, or a similar discipline from a HEC-accredited university is required.

Experience requirements:

Eight to ten years of professional experience in the planning, development, and implementation of infrastructure, ideally with public or foreign projects.

Skills needed:

Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project is one of the skills.
demonstrated aptitude for managing large-scale infrastructure projects and leading teams.

2. Deputy Manager-1 (Project Development for Infrastructure)

Educational Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree from a HEC-approved university in architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirement:

At least five to seven years of project planning and implementation experience, ideally in public sector or disaster management initiatives.
