- A PhD in the relevant discipline from a university or other organization recognized by HEC is a minimum.
For the Lecturer
- First Class MS/MPhil (or equivalent) degree from a university or institution recognized by HEC after 18 years of study in the discipline.
- No third division during the academic career is an additional requirement.
