NBP Job Position Details:
- Title of Position: Product Development Unit Head (AVP)
- Reporting to: Wing Head for Monitoring, Internal Controls, and Product Development
- NBP Job Location: Pakistan’s Karachi
- Employment Type: Contractual (renewable after three years, contingent on performance)
Key Duties of an NBP Position
You will have a lot of responsibility as the Unit Head-Product Development to promote innovation and guarantee operational excellence in home remittances. Your primary responsibilities will be:
Development of Strategy:
- Work together with digital and IT teams to launch new financial products and enhance existing systems.
- Collaborate with important stakeholders to make sure that current products run well.
Coordination of Technology:
- Facilitate communication between tech teams, remittance operations, and overseas partners.
- Create change requests and business requirement documents for system upgrades.
Monitoring Performance:
- Oversee the deployment of remittance updates and system testing.
- Track and assess the remittance services’ performance at the branch level.
Reporting and Compliance:
- To adhere to regulatory requirements, collaborate with auditors, such as the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
