Expert in Financial Management
There is one position Available
Important Duties
- Oversee accounting and financial management tasks.
- Make ensuring that financial policies and procedures are followed.
- To monitor and control accounting operations, make use of financial systems.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements
- Candidates with advanced degrees are preferred, but a master’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance from an approved university is necessary.
- Applicants must have worked in the public or commercial sector for at least 12 years and have experience in financial management.
- It is essential to have a thorough understanding of grant management, donor financial policies, and procedures.
- In addition to having a firm grasp of Government IFMIS, candidates must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Outstanding English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking, are required.
Expert in Procurement

Important Duties:
- Oversee the purchase of products and services, including advisory services.
- Create and implement procurement procedures efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- a postgraduate degree in business administration, engineering, finance, economics, social sciences, or a similar discipline (a degree in procurement or supply chain management will be desired).
- 12 years or more of procurement management experience, preferably in the public or commercial sector.
- knowledge of the rules and regulations governing multi-donor procurement.
- strong planning, management, and organizing abilities.
- proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, among other Microsoft Office programs.
Specialist in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

Important Duties
- Oversee M&E for interventions and outcomes in the health sector.
- Create and develop initiatives and programs.
- Evaluate program efficacy by doing data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- a master’s degree in public health or a comparable program.
- a minimum of twelve years of experience managing medical fieldwork.
- knowledge of Pakistan’s public health system and experience working with development partners.
- outstanding data management, presentation, and outcome reporting skills.
- exceptional ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
- competence with the Microsoft Office Suite, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Officer of the Environment and Society

Important duties:
- Oversee socio-environmental impact analyses and make sure that health development guidelines are followed.
- Oversee social and environmental protections by World Bank standards.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- a master’s degree in economics, development studies, public health, environmental sciences, or a similar social science.
- three years or more of experience managing the socio-environmental effect or a similar subject.
- knowledge of the World Bank’s social and environmental protection guidelines.
- strong awareness of environmental and social norms in the development of health.
- Outstanding written and spoken English communication abilities.
