Advisor for the Dasu Hydropower Project
Qualification Requirements
- Civil engineering bachelor’s degree and water resources or hydropower engineering master’s degree from a HEC-approved university.
Experience requirements
- thirty years or more of experience in the hydropower or water resources industries.
- Work experience managing or leading a team on hydropower projects.
- practical knowledge of managing contracts, organizing construction, and addressing social and resettlement concerns for hydroelectric projects.
HR & Logistics Advisor
Qualification Requirement:
an MPA or MBA (HR) from a university approved by HEC.
Experience:
- A minimum of 20 years in the military or public sector, including 5 years in BPS-20 or a comparable senior position.
- proficiency in logistical operations, human resources management, and managing transportation in northern regions.
Geo-Technical Engineering Consultant
Qualification requirement:
- Geotechnical engineering concentration in an MSc in Civil Engineering (PhD recommended).
Experience requirement:
- 20 years or more of experience in independent groups, government, or semi-government.

Qualification Requirements

Environment Consultant
Qualification requirements
- A Master’s or Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Environmental Sciences from a university accredited by the HEC is required.
Experience requirements:
- At least 20 years of managing the environment for major infrastructure or hydropower projects, especially those supported by donors.
Consultant for Safe City Project
Qualification Requirement:
- a master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics, telecom, electrical, or IT.
Experience Requirements
- At least ten years of experience in supervising positions in the police, military, or security organizations.
- competence in policy analysis, technology-driven management solutions, and project execution.
Advisor (Aviation)
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by the HEC is required.
Experience: More than 2,000 hours of safe helicopter flight.
